The Maxwell Family name has been in the Construction business since the 1940's. Marvin J Maxwell started a small business called MJ Maxwell Builders based in Atlantic City NJ, specializing in Modern Kitchens, Alteration, Building Repairs, and Sash Cords. Marvin J Maxwell passed in the mid 80's, His Son Richard  took the knowledge his father taught him and formed  the new corporation  along with his wife Jacqueline and Son David. With Family in mind R. Maxwell Construction Co was formed  and named after his mother Rosaline Maxwell to with the "R" Stands for .David's son Mason and daughter Madison have  joined the company and now spans 4 generations.
